What we do

Online courses. Our first product, Método Violão 100, teaches guitar online to Brazilian students. Through our sister brand Maestros da IA (YouTube channel and paid community) we teach professionals and companies how to put AI to work.

An AI-run company. Instead of growing headcount, we built an internal “AI Company”: a hierarchy of Claude-powered agents — chiefs, department heads and specialist workers — that plan, delegate and execute real work every day. It runs on Claude Code and the Claude models.

What we build on Claude

• Multi-agent operations. 8 chief agents, 23 department heads and 60+ specialist workers built on Claude Code, coordinated through a live dashboard.
• Customer and community support. Agents that answer students, handle billing questions and reconcile course access with payments.
• Content production. Agents that research AI news, write scripts and titles, and prepare video packaging for our YouTube channels.
• B2B AI implementation. We design and deploy Claude-based agents for Brazilian companies, and teach the method in our community.

Next, we are moving these workflows from internal tooling to production services on the Claude API, so the same agents can be offered to our students and B2B clients.
